Senior Consultant
Pat Testa has over 31 years experience in drug & alcohol testing and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance and a background in law enforcement. Testa, now working as an independent consultant to all regulated industries, including OSHA, Homeland Security, DOT, non-DOT, and federal and non-federal regulated industries in the USA and Canada, providing on-site auditing, drug & alcohol testing, and training services to clients.
