What We Offer

On-site, mobile collections or walk-ins and appointments at our office
location. If you need us to come to you, we can test at the workplace, home, or job site.
We service DOT and Non-DOT clients and offer a variety of services including background
checks, urine, saliva, hair collections and breath alcohol screening. We also offer the
Pharmchek drug patches that detect drug use through sweat. These services can be
provided for Pre-employment, Randoms, Reasonable Suspicion/Cause, Post-accidents,
Return-to-Duty, Follow-ups, or for personal reasons. We’re also a Formfox provider, which
means we can set up tests anywhere in the nation that participates in Formfox.

What We Provide

2-hour certification courses for Reasonable Suspicion that qualifies for
DOT requirements. We also conduct training for DOT and Non-DOT urine collections as
well as hair and saliva collections. These can be scheduled and are by appointment only.
Breath alcohol training can be arranged through us as well.

We Will Assist With…

Aiding individuals and companies in customizing their drug and alcohol programs and
will draw and conduct quarterly randoms for clients. This ensures an unbiased draw each
quarter by having us choose the employees through a random number selection system.
